HALL/ROOM LET
Our church halls are available for use by community groups, organisations, and individuals for a variety of events and activities. To enquire about availability and make a booking, please contact our Church Secretary on 01355 279004, email ekopc.office@btconnect.com, or fill out the application form below. Alternatively, you can download the application form the resources section below.
Once permission has been granted, the user must ensure the following:

All dates and times must be recorded in the Halls/Room Diary, maintained by the Church Secretary.

A Conditions of Let notice will be issued and a Hall/Room Let Application Form must be completed and returned.

For regular bookings, please notify the Church Secretary of any cancellations — charges may apply if notice isn’t given.

If you wish to proceed, you will be required to complete and sign the official Conditions of Let document and return it to East Kilbride Old Parish Church before access to the premises can be granted. The named contact person will be responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate and that all users of the premises adhere to the Conditions of Let and the Church of Scotland’s Policy Statement once the booking is formally approved.

SCALE OF CHARGES
The kitchens at both halls are available for refreshments at no extra charge, but please provide your own supplies.
If the kitchens are used for catering, a £5 charge will be added to the cost of the hall let per session.

Montgomery Street Lower Hall £20ph

of the Kirk Session.
