Loaves and Fishes began over 30 years ago as a grassroots street meal service and now delivers 150+ weekly food parcels. East Kilbride Old Parish Church supports its mission with a collection box to help those facing hunger and hardship.
The fabulous Coalburn Silver Band hosts their annual concert at our church, delivering a top-
class performance. This is always a 'must-attend' event on our church calendar. If you love
music, this is a night to gather your friends and enjoy an evening of music from many
different genres. All are welcome.
Join us on 6 Sept 2025 at East Kilbride Old Parish Church for Doors Open Day. Built in 1774, this B-listed building offers guided tours, historic churchyard insights, and the chance to explore a treasured landmark at the centre of the old village.
In August, before the end of the local school holidays, the church organises a Holiday Club
for school-age children from primary to S1. Children are invited to join for days of fun
activities. Registration forms and further details will be made available closer to the time.
In late May or early June, nearly 100 local children gather at Kirktonholme Stadium, East Kilbride, to compete for the Angus McConnell Memorial Trophy. Spectators are welcome to join a fun-filled day of football, community, and fellowship.
